OC Waterloo Order System
With the OC Waterloo Order System (WOS) clients of OC Waterloo Middle East can track and trace their orders and will receive notifications when the status of the production of their products has changed. Also, clients can use WOS to make selections for selected grilles and diffusers.

Track and trace
When the received orders are processed and received in the factory, the production will start. The clients will receive notifications by email, text and/or WhatsApp.

The app will send notifications for the following steps:
Order received in the factory
Production started
Send to powder coating department
Received at the assembly station
Quality checked
Products are packed.
Order is ready for delivery
Order is out for delivery
Order is delivered
Attached to the delivered notification the clients will receive the signed delivery note and final invoice.

Selection tool
Users of the WOS app can also use the selection tool. With this tool, single selections can be calculated for grilles and diffusers. The client has to enter some data and will receive the outcome on the screen within seconds. This is very handy if you need to check or calculate a single selection.
Later this year the selection tool will also have the option to save selections made and the option to send them to someone else.
